Booking campsites: Booking campsites for large groups is handled through Texas Parks and Wildlife group services (512-389-8920). Please book group reservations as early as possible, as individual sites can be booked 5 months in advance.
Screened shelter sites SS03 through SS30 (except SS19 & SS21) have been reserved by NASCONA for Friday March 20th and Saturday March 21st. It is recommended that individuals who would like to secure a shelter for the event that they arrive a day or two early and book these shelters in advance. You can book campsites online at the Texas State Parks Website
At the Huntsville State Park, there is a $7 per person/day entrance fee. Every attendee will be required to pay this fee upon entry.
We are in need of serenity keepers & volunteers!
General duties include:
- Volunteers for selling T-shirts
- Selling 50/50 raffle tickets
- Volunteers for silent auction
- Saturday community meal.
- Greet and direct members
- Control access to areas
- Assist members with locating meeting areas
- Help provide a safe place for people to fellowship
- Make Coffee & Lemonade for hospitality suite
